Galaxy Note HD TV 3 months - no joy
I bought Samsung Galaxy Note20 early in December 2020. I app**** for the promotion where I get a free 32" HD TV. I got an email back with reference number on 11 December 2020... then nothing until I phoned 9 February 10h00 - I spoke with Siya who informed me that the lock-down made issues with the delivery but everything is sorted now (then). The system shows my claim to be successful (and my TV license is up-to-date) and I should get an email confirming the delivery address soon. I phoned again this morning (8 March 2021 11h30) but I only got a chance to speak and ask for Siya when the line was "dropped". I don't know what options to choose when phoning them (Is it cellphone issues / tv issues) since there is no options for the promotion.

HD Ready - not really HD.
HD Ready = 1366x768 (1 Megapixel) vs. Full HD = 1920x1080 (2 Megapixel)...
but it is free ;).
It is just sad that somebody supposedly high-tech such as Samsung doesn't know the difference.
