Galaxy buds pro incorrect colour.
In feb i had purchased a Galaxy is 21 Ultra and I had submitted for the buds pro which was to be processed online. I got a message that everything was accepted with all the relevant documentation. I had chosen the black buds pro, Only to find out after countless of calls and emails that Samsung has sent me the incorrect colour. From being black they have sent me a set of purple which is totally horrible. I have not opened it for I have no need to use it. Please Samsung clean your sh*t up. Own up and correct your mistake. Stop avoiding my emails and telling me subjected to availability as in the first place if that was an issue we would have not been given the opportunity to choose a color.
