Galaxy buds
From my last review I have not received any help from Samsung and even went to an extent to contact courier it to find out about my parcel and they have confirmed that Samsung has not sent them an email to dispatch the galaxy buds. The person I was talking to was Vaughn and he assured me he would assist but heard nothing from him. Not sure if Samsung is living up to their customer service but I am dissatisfied with their service and I still await the email to be sent to courier it for my delivery. It has been 7 months since I claimed for the buds
