Frustration with Promotions that has no stock. False promotions? or bad planning?

I purchased the Samsung A55 in December 2024, as most complaints on this forum has shown the promo said that you can qualify for a fitbit and earbuds. I did my application and got my reference. On several follow ups. Last one beginning of February 2025 I was told there is no stock available. When asked when we can expect it, it was clear that the consultant could not answer me and that there might not be any promotional stock coming to the thousands of people waiting for it. I hope I am wrong with the last sentiment as that would be a major issue with breach in several categories of running promotions and making offers and not delivering on it. Samsung can you please help get this resolved?
