Frustrated

Hi, I bought a galaxy A70 from a telkom store in carnival within 3 months of owning the device, the device started overheating, took it in for repairs came back with the same problem, since then the phone has been to the repair center for 4times with the same problem, the phone is still over heating, themba the consult from Samsung says Samsung can't do anything with the device furthermore I ran out of airtime while speaking to themba mind you he has all my details but never bothered to call back. Maybe the phone must explode 1st so that Samsung can see that their device is faulty. I was also charged 3k for the last repairs.
