Frustrated and ****med by Sumsung Gadgets and give aways

I'm very disappointed in Samsung where they do false advertising. I went on Samsung's page where it's Samsung's gadgets and give aways. I did everything I was asked and was told I won a Samsung sound system, Refrigerator and a cellphone from Samsung. As you could imagine I was overjoyed by hearing I have won all these goodies from Samsung. But then I was asked to click on links and pictures where my goodies was and that was all a ****. I even posted on Samsung's gadgets and give aways wall to ask what is happening as they took all my details from residential address to cellphone number. I even went so far as taking screenshots and sending messages to Samsung where I was told I have won these items. I'm very frustrated as I have wasted airtime on data and presious time for believing Samsung of all companies will keep their word. As Samsung blocked me on Facebook where I was communicating with them just shows me they taking people for a ride and they ******** people in believing they have won. Regards Richard Watt
