From May up to now they didn't resolved anything
I have a bad experience with Samsung Electronics i call them to fix my washing machine and they send other people to work on it ,but they never came back after they took my R700 now i called Samsung and they're saying R700 is for call out fee ,the guy said tha money was including the job to be done
