Fridge repair taking 4 months

Freezer not freezing or making ice. Problem initially reported to Hi-FI corp, 19/10/15 (i bought samsung double door fridge with extended warranty in 2013). Technician came out and re-gassed. Unit still not working. I then phoned Samsung SA requesting an authorized repair agent and was referred to Onalds Electrical & General Dealer cc. Technician arrived and re-gassed unit, then changed compressor and fridge / freezer stopped working completely!! (was told faulty compressor) returned with new compressor AND PC board (fridge working, freezer still NOT freezing). OEG returned and flushed the unit and re-gassed. Freezer still not working!!! OE offered to take my fridge to premises and give me loan unit (11/12/15). Fridge would be returned by 24/12/15. When removing the fridge they cracked and broke my wall!!! 20/1/16 invoice received from OEG for R 3364.21. This included the replacement of 2 x PC Boards and re-gassing!!! I dispute the replacement of PC Board and this did not repair the fridge and question the action. I have approached the Consumer Ombudsman. Samsung reference : ***
