I am struggling since August 2022 to have my fridge repaired. It is leaking water inside the fruit and vegetable baskets. they have repaired it twice but to no avail. it has been more than a month that they came out to take photos and have not heard from them since, except for the time I followed up with them and they rep**** that it is still in progress.
