Free watch and battery pack
Good day I bought a Samsung A70 in June and there was a promotion at MTN that i will get free battery pack and watch. Today i contacted customer care for follow up as i haven't got any information after redeeming and I am told that i will only get batter pack only as the MTN terms and conditions have changed. Whose problem is that?
Please fix this as i bought this phone because i was going to get the free watch and battery pack If i wasn't supposed to get the battery pack and watch, why was i able to redeem them all?????? Reference number for battery pack is CIT0605AB0B920986 and for the watch is CIT06142ADDEFCC62
Kindly provide feed back asap
