Free Tablet Advertising

I bought a S21 on promo and was suppose to receive a tablet with it. My tablet claim was approved 11/2. Since then I followed up and was told that they have a back logg, but more than a month later, no feedback, to this day i have not received the tablet. When I try to call the line goes dead and no response on mails. And this add was run through Vodacom and Mtn and Telkom, who also doesnt assist as it runs via Samsung members.
