Free Screen Repair

<p>If you have a samsung for the reason of a free screen repair. Throw it away!</p> <p>I cracked my screen and when I took it in for repair, I was told i must first pay R2500.00 to repair the camera glass on the back or else they wont fix my screen.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called samsung customer care they argued this with me and when I read them the terms on their website where there is no mention of this. They put the phone down in my ear.</p> <p> </p> <p>Best believe this is the last samsung product I will ever use in my life again. Maybe I get lucky and the phone exlopdes. Who knows with samsung all their stuff breaks for nothing.</p>
