Free gifts a **** it seems!
Been waiting since February for the free earbuds I was supposed to have received when I contracted a S21. Been phoning and mailing on a weekly basis to try and follow up on the progress. How pathetic. Seems like Samsung had become ****sung. All empty promises and no delivery. Shame on you!!
