Free flight promised never received

I bought a Samsung Fridge and a Samsung Convection Microwave (total of OVER R12,000!) in December from Hirsch's in Fourways. The fridge came with an offer of a free flight. I followed the instructions to SMS the fridge code and followed the entire process online in order to redeem the free flight, well before the deadline date of 31 December 2015.<br> <br> Sadly, not only was the wrong fridge delivered (now rectified), BUT I also never received the promised communication regarding the free flight.<br> <br> I am now left with a feeling of distrust for Samsung, and would recommend that people think twice before buying from them based on a gimmick which turns out to be false advertising.
