Free earbuds with A71 purchase – yeah right

If you ever consider buying a Samsung phone because free earbuds are included in the deal, don't bother.

Since buying the phone in September 2020, I have been on the line with the their support center more than a dozen times. I have an email from Bafana Dhlamini at the verifications department dated 10 December 2020 confirming that my claim has been approved, but to date in late March, no buds. Countless call center consultants have promised the earbuds are on the way. The manager Tazline is always unreachable so no help there.

A complaint to the Advertising Regulatory Board about false advertising is probably needed now.

I’m wondering how many South Africans are trying to get their promised earbuds out of Samsung but just gave up eventually.
