Free ear buds hoax
I purchased the S21 with the free ear buds promotion in March 2021 this year. After sending numerous emails to Samsung i still have not received a response neither have I received the ear buds . I just wonder if all their promotions are just a hoax to to purchase their product. Too bad, that this will be my last Samsung phone purchase.
