Free A7 tablet with Samsung S21FE upgrade

Please assist, I did a cellphone upgrade (Samsung S21FE) on the 1st March 2022 and I qualified for the Free Samsung A7 tablet. Everything was processed and I was informed that the tablet will arrive within 5 working days.Still today I have not received it.I was told to call *** to find status progress but no one is answering the phone anymore and I have also sent email but no reply.
