I sent my S4 for screen repair, after 2 weeks, head office only fetched the phone for repair from power care Edenvale, after Eddy arranged. He was very helpful. On the phone SSS said the screen is fixed but the camera is faulty. SSS cellular sent me an email dated the 04/08/ and quote expiry date 11/08/ the email says they will not repair the screen as it was \ physical abuse"(yet the phone was still on and working just cracked). I was then told that they had to fix the camera @ R500 which i never asked for + know for a fact it was not broken. I spoke to H/office and received a ref no *** and they will look into it"
