Follow Samsung technicians advice at your peril!!!!@
Called to get help fixing my washing machine after following advice from Samsung's technicians on how to look after it. Firstly, they questioned the advice given by their own technicians and accused me of lying about it. Then they said they would call me back......still waiting.....
