Find a new Samsung Repair Centre in East London

<p>My Samsung S7 Edge's screen was cracked so we took it into the only approved Samsung dealer in East London. I am told it will take 3 to 4 weeks. 4th week I call and they say they are still awaiting my screen from Samsung but it will be arriving in 2 days. By the 6th week I have heard nothing, so I call again... my phone is STILL not fixed because again, Samsung has not sent it. I go to collect my phone, contact Samsung to get a courier to fetch it and send to JHB to be repaired. I was told that NO screen was ordered under my IMEI number so they contact D&D directly to get the job card number. Samsung calls me back to let me know that it was not ordered because D&D has internal politics. So they keep my phone for 6 weeks whilst I am paying the contract and don't bother ordering my screen because they have internal politics and then lie to me twice as well. Come on #Samsung, get yourself another approved repair centre in East London because D&D is not a company but a pre-school.</p>
