Felling helpless
I have a Samsung Fridge, that is on the blink, its not cooling anymore. I live in Cape Town and as a result i need to make use of the Samsung certified repairer Liptronics. This has been a horrible experience, they don't answer their phones, they don't respond to emails, and when they do answer they have a whole list of excuses. How is one supposed to get any Samsung product repaired in Cape Town? I am literally having to throw money into the bin as my food goes off.
