Feeling ripped of by Samsung

I went to Cellucity in Cavendish Centre on Saturday, 1 October 2022, to renew my phone contract. I chose a new Samsung Galaxy A33 5G. I noticed that the boz was very small and the consultant told me that they no longer give you a charger or ear phones. I had no real problem with this, because I have many old charges and earphones, but I suspected that this was just another way of making money out of already poor consumers. The Samsing rep in store told me that the company wanted us to recycle our old chargers. On Monday morning, I was on the road and wanted to join in on an online meeting when I discovered that my new phone did not make provision for ear phones. This means that I would have to buy Bluetooth earphones, which I was not made aware of in the store. When I called Cellucity later, another consultant told me that they have a solution to my problem. I can come and buy earphones for R499. Part of y complaint is about the bad service at Cellucity, but most of it is about a huge corporation like Samsung using *****th tactics to force us to part with more of our hard-earned money. I have never wanted or needed to buy Bluetooth earphones, but now I am being forced if I want to join meetings on my phone while I am away from my laptop. I wish I could just return the new phone, but that is not an option, according to the consultant I spoke with. I thought others should be made aware so that they can make informed decisions, unlike me.
