If there were zero stars that's what I would give Samsung online. Honestly get better service from Shein, and Samsung is meant to be the reputable trusted brand. My husband and I bought a TV weeks ago with no word on when it will arrive. Numerous calls from agents who have been no help has resulted in more frustration for us and no idea whether we are going to get the TV or our money back! Almost R40000 is a significant amount to us and it is so upsetting to be disrespected like this as a customer.
