Feedback on complaint

I would like to thank the head office for the quick response on the Hello Peter complaint. I was contacted within 48 hours and was very happy with the service and solution to my issue. Thank you very much Samsung for replacing my phone. The Head office's service is very pleasant even though I can still not say the same for the Smart Care Centre. <br> <br> Thank you very much again.
