Faulty workmanship

I took my Samsung tab 3 to the Samsung Smartcare Centre in Century City in December 2015 Ref CS-*** for it to be fixed as the tab was not charching, paid R1197 upon collection as per quotation for repair. When the battery ran out i wanted to charge it and it did exactly the same as before it did not want to charge, again i had to take it back and the assistant discovered that it wasn't the battery but actually the charching port and booked it in under a new ref. CS-*** which i was then again send a new invoice for +- R750.

I then made contact with the Smartcare Centre and told them that i refuse to pay as per their terms and conditions
7. all repairs undertaken, save for those in respect corrosion, physical damage , are guaranteed against faulty workmanship.for a maximum period of 90 days from the date of receipt by the customer.\
Up until to date i have not heard from samsung, I am in desperate need of my tab as i am a part time student and use it daily to liase with the university.
"
