Faulty TV received, no replacement given.

I bought a Samsung Tv (Q80T model 65inch) on 11 November 2020 from the Samsung Online Store. I received the Tv on 24 November 2020 and upon opening discovered that the TV was faulty (lines all over the screen when I turned it on). I immediately notified both Samsung and the Samsung Online Store and have not yet received a replacement. I have spoken to multiple people and they all say they will “escalate” the matter and someone will call me back. I’m tired of hearing this, I want to know when I will receive a working TV that I paid ca. R30 000 for.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Will never recommend Samsung electronics to anyone after this experience.

I already have a job number: ***
A technician has been to my house twice already to inspect the tv. I want a working tv. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to wait around for your process to figure out what happened. That is not my problem, you provide me with a faulty tv. You are welcome to do all the investigations and assessments you require but first, give me a tv that works! It is now 4 weeks since I paid for the tv and I still have not received a working one. I keep getting told someone will call me and that it has been escalated. I want to know when I will receive a working tv or when I will receive my money back.

Per clause 20.2.b of the Consumer Protection Act I have the right to receive my money back. I am tired of being constantly told someone will resolve the problem, but nothing happens.
