Faulty Software
Yesterday I got a notification on my samsung Note 20 for a software update. Which I did because I had the mobile data to do it. After the update my Camera has stopped working. I spoke to a guy via the samsung hotline who suggested I go to a samsung customer service to get the upgrade done by the instead. I went to Samsung at Pavillion and apparently there is a problem with the software itself (Android 11) and I have to wait till a "Second patch" of upgrade is available and this will take about 1-2 weeks. So I have to be without a camera because of a faulty software. How does that even make sense? How is this a software UPgrade if my camera doesnt work anymore. Im very irritated and annoyed
