Faulty Samsung Washing Machine

I want to express my frustration with the Samsung washing machine I bought on October 6, 2022 at a store. Despite being less than two years old, it has had recurring issues since September of last year. We've already dealt with four separate problems: two times requiring a technician to come to our home to replace parts, and two other times when the machine was taken away for repairs, leaving us without it for several days. These repeated problems have caused us significant inconvenience and frustration. We no longer have confidence in the reliability of this appliance. We have continually been in contact with Samsung regarding the issues and they have let us know that they would not replace or refund the machine. We are terribly frustrated with Samsung and will definitely not recommend them to anyone.
