Faulty Samsung side by side fridge

Samsung south Africa. Refused to honour they 10 year guarantee.on my Samsung fridge within the first two years my fridge packed up Dion wired sent out a technician to repair my fridge. They replaced a new motor the second time it packed they sent a technician to replace a regulator the third time it packed up Samsung refused the replace the motor on the fridge .Samsung said I have to repair the motor at my cost.they sent me a letter stating that they refused to fix the motor.the motor as a 10 year guaranteed warranty by Samsung it's not even 10 years the motor is still guaranteed by Samsung.i had a Samsung technician out here and he advised that Samsung is responsible for the repairs because its still under warranty. I have all invoices and receipts from the technician at my disposal
