Faulty Samsung S6-Edge
Good day.

I have done an upgrade with Vodacom on cell phone number - *** on 17 August 2015. My Samsung S6-Edge phone was faulty and I was inform by Vodacom that there was a Faulty badge of S6-Edge phones that was supp**** to customers, an out of box failure was done and new handset was receive from Vodacom on the 25 August 2015. Serial number - *** on Serial Number-R58G51WWGPN. I spoke to Tshepo Team Leader of Samsung Cell phones on Monday 5 October 2015, I have explained to him that we have upgraded to a Samsung S6, and I have the following problem, there is no signal from time to time, the phone freeze every time, cell phone is on but when you receive incoming calls it on voice mail, phone needs to be reboot constantly, and after rebooting all message and what's app message from two to three days comes through which means we constantly need to reboot the handset. I request that this handset needs to be swap out as this is a Samsung problem and not a customer problem. My average spend on my cell phone contract per month is R 2500.00 every month, I also request a loan unit, but was told that Samsung doesn't supply loan units were is the customer service.
