Faulty Samsung s4 water and dust resistant

2.5 months ago i bought a new S4 on the advise of the salesperson at incredible connection canal walk as it was supposedly better that a S5 also this phone was certified to be dust and water resistant .<br> the phone is now water damaged and they refuse to honor the warranty ?<br> there is now signs of water damage or physical damage on the phone .<br> had the flap been left open the water damage should be clearly visible and if the flap does not seal it is a manufacturing fault<br> <br> i long for the day when corporates take responsibility for their mistakes <br> <br>
