Faulty Samsung Phone

I bought a Samsung J1 phone after my Nokia was stollen. Within 6 days, the battery was not charging. I was on holiday at the time and could not take it back immediately as I didn't have the box and slip with me. Nine days after I bought it, I took it back to Game who sent it for assessment and it was returned, still faulty. I logged a Hello Peter complaint and was then instructed to take it to the repair centre in Boksburg. After I got the phone back, the battery was charging fine, but there is NOT A SINGLE DAY that goes by, that the phone doesn't freeze, or the touch screen is not working or there is not some issue with it. I always bought Nokia and NEVER had a single problem. The only reason I switched over to Samsung is because my son insisted that Samsung is more user friendly. I agree that is the case, but will NEVER buy a Samsung again or advise anyone to buy one. I am also not at all interested to take it to the repair centre again or to have it repaired.
