Faulty Samsung Mini S4 Model GT-I9190

A few days ago I sent out a complaint regarding my Faulty Samsung Mini S4 Model GT-I9190 phone and I only received an email from you apologizing and asking me where I am currently so I can go to the nearest place to take my phone to. I'm still waiting to this day because I did respond to say where I work in Sandton. The reason my phone was taken to Vodacom for the software renewal was because I could receive sms' but I couldn't open them. After the software upgrade it got fine and a few days later my phone switched itself off for a couple of times especially after I took it out of my trousers pockets. Today another problem started again, i can receive sms' but I'm unable to read them. And I need this to be fixed a.s.a.p. and I need a loan phone because I can't be without a phone whilst you sorting out my phone. I've sent this now to Samsung South Africa the Bryanston branch because this is their product.
