Faulty Samsung 32'' LED Television

Good Day<br> <br> I recently Bought a Samsung 32'' led television with model number UA32FH4003. The television works great except for the fact that it doesn't play any media via the USB port . I took it back to the store ( OK Furniture ) where I bought it , and upon testing the unit in store it was confirmed by the store manager that the USB port is faulty . My initial thought was that the tv is not compatible with my usb device and waited until I Could get a new flash drive . The new Flash drive also did not work . <br> Keep getting onscreen message '' CHECK THAT THE DEVICE IS CONNECTED AND TRY AGAIN '' . <br> The store advised me to take the Television back home in the meantime while they contact Samsung Who will send someone to come and assess the unit . I have a LG tv which never gave me any problems , but upon buying my first Samsung I have a problem . How Long will I have to wait for a representative from Samsung to come and have a look at the unit , and what will be the outcome . I have had the television for less than a month now ......<br>
