faulty repair

Good day

I handed my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 - which were in a fairly good condition at the time - in to have the charging port and volume keys repaired at Samsung shop 6 in Menlyn Mall next to New World. The phone is not older than 24 months and according to the original warranty card these hardware is covered. Before handing the phone to Samsung I used another person's Note 4 to charge my battery and was working fine like this for a temporary solution at the time.

I had to pay the cancellation fee at Samsung because they wanted to charge me for a new screen, charging port and the up/down volume keys which they said was not under warranty because according to them it is only covered by a 12 month warranty (which is not what whe warranty stipulate) and I didn't want to risk loosing the phone if they sel it after a month if it is not collected (store t's & c's)

Now the phone Is completely broken. when putting the phone on it only make a little blue light in left corner and the left touch button lights up. The camera lens is also broken now and the screen is loose from the frame

I want to know what I must do, because the people at Samsung do not want to help me and I do not want to pay R3600 to fix the phone whitch is stil under warranty.

I will apreciate feedback.

Thanks

Arno Voolstra

**********
