Faulty New Note 4 handset

No surprize as to the amount of faulty products sold by Samsung and the unwillingness for anyone to take responsibility for the faulty devices they supply and assist in rectify the problem .I have taken my new note 4 twice to their repair centre and after software updates and assessments was told the unit was faulty only to wait little over a month for a replacement unit which is even more problematic than the initial phone .I Was then advise by Siyabonga that I should take the so called new phone back to a repair centre for assessment once again. To START the entire process all over again by which time my warranty would expire and would have spent more time getting my phone repaired and assessed rather than using for the purpose I intend .This after not even making use of the phone for even a day or two. I was promised feedback which I never received .Getting hold of anyone than can assist at the call centre is almost impossible if you are lucky enough to get thru as there lines are so busy dealing with so many faulty appliance that they supply.
I do hope this complaints finds its way to the relevant authority so as to rectify my concerns.
Poor customer service
