Faulty Hardware and accessories

Dear Samsung. About 2 months back my 10" Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with s-pen P585 started overheating like crazy. The battery went from 80% to 0% in a matter of 20 minutes even after a restart and switched off completely. I took it in to Samsung Tygervalley and booked it in at Taf. The motherboard was replaced. During last week I bought a USB current monitor that shows a recharge plug and powerbank's Volts and mAh to the device. I discovered that 8 of my recharge plugs, the Volts is 5V like its supposed to be. ONLY my Tab 10 that burned out the Volts is 5.5V despite that the plug shows 5V. I contacted Samsung Tygervalley and was given WeFix's number. They gave me Samsung Customer Cares number and they told me to call the store. For the past 3 days I was pin-balled between the 3 places and no one can help me. I left a message for Taf to call me back, but just like in the past he either DOESN'T call clients back EVER or he don't get the messages. I'm past frustrated now. I still have 4 months guarantee left, I need to know if Samsung will replace this faulty recharger. I'm also very concerned what other damages was done to the battery for example because of this faulty charger. In the past I had many issues with Samsung batteries that got swollen and phones that don't even last 2 years. I decided to switched over to Huawei. I only have 2 new Samsung tablets left and this service is not helping me to trust or switch back to Samsung any time soon. Thanks!
