Faulty fold4 driving me crazy

I bought a Samsung Fold 4 from the Samsung store in Pavilion. The phone worked fine for about a year, but then everything started to go wrong

First, the charging port stopped working which was repaired. A month later, the inner screen plastic started peeling off. Samsung ended up changing the whole inner lcd which was R9.8k but fixed under warranty. And now, the phone won’t turn on. It needs to be unfolded to come on, so some sort of hardware issue now

For a phone just over a year old, I’m really upset.

Can Samsung replace the phone instead of repairing it each time since another thing keeps breaking every few months? Never in my history of phones have I had so many issues with a device.

Reviewer Update
Good morning

The phone was repaired early December and I was told this was a once off, and my warranty will be made void after the repair due to signs of impact damage.

However, I’ve not used the phone as a daily driver since this repair but the outer touch screen has stopped working again. Shouldn’t that also have a warranty, as it was just fixed?

I hate the fact that I have to keep going to Samsung to get it repaired. This will be the 5th incident now.
