faulty device 7 th hello peter report

This is my 7th hello peter report about the same issue 3 against vodacom and 4 for samsung. I have a samsung s4 minni that is overheating.freezin.loosing signal. Batery drain. I gave in in 3 times at vodacom where i have my contract. And 1 at samsung. Main biard replaced still nothing have changed. I have 9 month left of my cobtract. Ive benn strugeling since sept 2015 with this phone paying for a phone that i cant use and thats in repairs more than i can use it.
