Fault TV
I have always trusted & only used samsung products for most of my adult life but now I will throw that trash straight in the garage bin.... I bought a BRAND NEW 58" SAMSUNG TV at Game Canal walk in February 2021 thinking that the Samsung brand is of a good quality and thought it would last me atleast 7 years,DAMN was I wrong. From Samsung customer service to the product itself, you have the WORST product on your 58" TU7000 tv's... The TV was working fine until 2022 where the screen went blank and we took it back to the shop it was fix or so I thought now in 2023 the Screen did the same I was told at Game it is out of warranty and I must pay R8700 to get it fixed at this point I will never trust Sumsang ever again
