False promotions on Samsung
No customer service at all. You can send emails they dont get back to you, phone them and they say we will phone you back then they dont. Upgraded my phone to Note 20 and part of the deal was a Tv been waiting since 1st Dec for them to get back to me.

18 Feb 2021, 19:20Good day. Please get you customer care manager give me a call. I have mails that proof that you team responce and replies. I am still waiting for the promotion to be delivered. If I read all the post of you poor service then I will lodge a complaint to you HQ in Korea. So please get your manager to call me. If the promotion does not get delivered I will lodge a complaint to the National consumer council and seek legal advise. As I said that I have all the mails and voice recordings. So please keep to your promotional promise and deliver my goods.
