False Promotion Promise
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra with a Samsung Watch5 on 28/04, Samsung had been running a promotion promising free Galaxy Buds Pro 2 with the package.. I submitted all the required documents in the set time frame, there had been no acknowledgement via email for over a week until I had to spend over 30minutes calling their Promotions line, the claim was then later approved. However, it has been more then 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything about delivery, etc.
This has been a frustrating experience as no one ever calls or sends an email on the progress of my query. Please advise as soon as possible as I will escalate this issue.
