False promisses
I Bought a Samsung S20 plus March 2020. I was supposed to recieve ear buds with my phone. Almost 1 year later with numerous calls,emails etc. I still have not recieved anything nor any feedback. I have been using Samsung for 15 years but will never reccoment any one to purchase a samsung. Worst service i have ever recieved. The stil own me the ear buds with a hell of a prize to say sorry. I am really so fed up.
