False promises - Samsung SA should become a political party

They really should become a political party with all the false empty promises and lies.

Following my first post regarding Samsung ******** myself and many others with the R4000 e voucher , I got a call from Samsung saying they will escalate and provide feedback.

It's been 2 weeks and no response from Samsung. They thrive on technicalities , and I'm pretty sure they will now claim that I cannot redeem the voucher as the offer has now expired.

Stay away from Samsung SA - read the other reviews and you will see I'm not alone in this saga.

@samsung SA please don't respond to this post telling me someone will contact me and it will be escalated further. We both know this won't happen.
