False Promises
Samsung offeres promotions when buying the S21 plus, I received my phone end of February. I have made numerous calls to find out where is my stuff but nobody can give me an answer.
I had a gentleman call me after I rated the call poorly and was told he would follow up and get back to me....im still waiting 2 weeks later!
Why do you offer promotions if you unable to follow through! It's disgusting and disappointing Samsung!
