<p> I got my S6 edge x 2 in April last year. Registered for the adh cover by sms 34622, received a sms to thank me for registering and note: "the warranty is 2 years". Just imagine my suprise when I went on Saturday to have both our phones fixed to hear that the cover is one year.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>So I log a ticket about the sms and I get a reply for Shaun Chalmers which I'm not entirely happy with. i can forward it to you.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Basically he is saying that the sms received was for the E-warranty but yet the 34622 number is to register for the ADH Cover.</p> <p>I want this resolved ASAP</p>
