False information

I have switched from nokia to samsung note 3 then 4. These phones are pathetic. From the i picked the phone up i have sent it for repairs atleast 5 times now. Start up problems. Phone starts up an goes blank. Thereafter when it does start up it operates for a few hours an keeps switching off. I have done numerous upgrades and sent the phone to samsung care center a few times but nothing has helped. I'm always losing information and important stuff on my phone due to this. I am very dissapointed with samsung and the quality of their phones. Prices are sky high for a piece of junk. Samsung care center service is terrible. Battery and phone also heats up when charging. I have even explained that to them and i was told that it is because of the fast charger the phone heats up. I will never recommend anyone to buy a samsung phone. Very very dissapointed
