False advertising, sub-standard product

I took out the samsung note 20 ultra in September 2020. The package came with a TV and a UV steriliser. After a zillion calls from my end, the TV was delivered. The phone however is an utter disappointment, theeeee worst battery power ever, no wonder it comes with the UV sterilizer because constantly needs charging. Anyway despite numerous follow ups and a few silence the client calls to get the same info over and over, there is no delivery.

I am terribly disappointed with samsung and will never recommend anyone to use their products, as the after-sales service and the actual products are below normal standard.
