False advertising - promotions you can never get
I have purchased a Samsung fridge in December and registered for the samsung buy and get promotion within the required time frame with no response to date. I have emailed numerous times, posted on their Facebook and tried to call the allocated number with no response. This is pathetic service with false advertising. Very disappointed.
