False advertising promo

It is really frustrating dealing with the Samsung Estore. They had a promotion whereby if you purchase a z flip 7 you receive a R1000 Samsung voucher and 2 years free Samsung care. None of this was issued and the phone was bought within the promo period. The worst part is when you email or call the staff are clueless. Is this false advertising by Samsung?
